Pricing

Per seat, from 3 seats. Compliance included in every plan.

No usage surprises, no per-minute markup, no 50-seat minimum. Roadmap features are dated right on the plan — if it says Q3 2026, it is not shipping today and we will not pretend it is.

Every plan carries a monthly allowance: voice minutes, SMS segments, AI-voice minutes and monitored DIDs, printed on the card. The figures are the ones in our billing catalog, not a brochure rounding — and where a plan carries none of something, the card says so instead of calling it unlimited.

BYOC, drawn precisely

You bring your carrier contract, your DIDs, and your minutes on your own bill. We bring the dialer, the gates, the evidence, and the seat. Here is the exact split:

We do

  • Configure your trunk (registration or IP-auth) and verify two-way audio
  • Assign your caller IDs/DIDs to campaigns, rotate within your owned pool
  • Enforce pacing inside compliance bounds and your carrier's call-rate limits
  • Record compliance-decision evidence for every attempt
  • Monitor DID spam-label health with remediation guidance (Q3 2026)
  • Advise on carriers whose AUP permits predictive collections traffic

We do not (and will not)

  • Sell, resell or mark up minutes — ever
  • Sign your calls — STIR/SHAKEN attestation is your carrier's KYC + LOA decision
  • File in the Robocall Mitigation Database on your behalf
  • Hold your National DNC subscription — you are the “seller” under the rule
  • Provide collection licensing, bonding or legal advice
  • Absorb toll-fraud charges on your trunk (we ship rate limits and anomaly alerts)

Pricing & BYOC questions

What does BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) actually mean?

You keep your own SIP carrier contract, your DIDs, and your minutes on your own carrier bill. We configure your trunk into the platform (registration or IP auth), verify two-way audio, assign your caller IDs to campaigns, pace inside your carrier's limits, and record the compliance evidence for every attempt. We never sell or mark up minutes.

What is NOT our responsibility under BYOC?

Your carrier relationship: STIR/SHAKEN attestation level (that is your carrier's KYC and LOA decision), Robocall Mitigation Database filings, your National DNC subscription (you are the 'seller' under the rule — we provide the engine, you provide the subscription), collection licensing and bonding, and toll-fraud charges on your trunk. We ship rate limits and anomaly alerts, but the trunk and its bill are yours. This split is deliberate: your dialer vendor should have zero incentive to inflate your minutes.

Is compliance an add-on or a higher tier?

No, and it never will be. Every tier enforces the same fail-closed gates and records the same evidence. What scales across tiers is evidence packaging, analytics, supervision and service — not safety.

What does the monthly plan allowance cover?

The voice minutes, SMS segments, AI-voice minutes and monitored DIDs the platform meters for you each month, per the tier you are on. It is platform metering, not telecom resale: under BYOC your carrier still bills you for your own trunk. Starter carries no AI-voice quota at all — the field is empty on that tier, which is not the same as unmetered.

Why aren't you the cheapest dialer on the list?

Because we refuse to compete as a commodity dialer. If raw dialing at the lowest price is the goal, open-source self-hosting wins that race. Our price covers the compliance engine, the evidence architecture, and a vendor that answers — that is the product.

Which carriers can I bring?

Any SIP trunk provider whose acceptable-use policy permits predictive dialing for collections — several big-name CPaaS carriers do not. We provide a vetted shortlist and the AUP questions to ask during onboarding.

Do you support SMS or WhatsApp?

Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Compliant collections messaging (A2P 10DLC, opt-out handling, a real two-way inbox) is on the roadmap — first for the Mexico cell. Voice is the product today.

What do agents use to take calls today?

Either: the in-browser softphone is live (one-click browser audio over WebRTC, included in every plan), or bring any standard SIP softphone or desk extension — calls bridge to the agent's registered extension.

Can I change my plan or seats?

Yes — tell us and we apply it. Plan changes, seat changes and turning the voice-AI add-on on or off are executed by us on your account today, not self-served: the tenant API only lets you rename your account. Write to support and the change lands on your next invoice. Every charge is still computed from real metered usage (occupied seats, monitored DIDs, AI minutes), with a line-item breakdown.

Is my data locked in?

No. Full REST API on every plan and self-serve CSV exports of the call record, on demand, on every tier. Retention is never an upsell: the same floor applies to every plan.

How long are recordings and evidence kept?

Regulation F sets the legal floor at 36 months, and we never go below it. What the platform actually enforces is a wider floor of 39 months — a deliberate buffer over the legal minimum, so that a dispute filed at the edge of the window still lands on evidence we hold. The floor is frozen per recording at creation, so changing the policy never re-dates what is already stored.

Four plans, one engine, zero compliance tiers.

Tell us your seat count and your carrier, and we'll come back with a concrete onboarding plan — including what your carrier's AUP says about predictive collections traffic.
