2. Service Description

Dialer Digital is a software provider. We provide a dialing platform. We do not resell telecom services or provide telecom connectivity. The subscriber is responsible for connecting their own carrier (BYOC).

3. Subscriber Responsibilities

The subscriber is strictly responsible for managing their own do-not-call (DNC) registry and maintaining proper licensing for their operations. Dialer Digital acts solely as a software vendor and does not provide legal advice.

4. Data Retention

Data retention on our platform responds to regulatory obligations and is a core part of the architecture. Evidence retention is built-in and not offered as an upgrade.
